Pricing and Payment
You hereby agree to pay in full the prices (including, without limitation, all applicable taxes) for any orders placed using your User Account(s) (or any orders placed as a guest).
You are responsible for any taxes imposed on any transactions conducted on or in connection with this Site and applicable taxes will be added to the amount charged for the applicable transaction on this Site.
Your use of this Site includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make purchases electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and purchases. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records relating to all transactions you enter into on this Site, including without limitation and to the full extent allowed by law, notices of cancellation, policies, contracts, and applications.
Your payment made to Mad Wok Downtown location, 43 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PE, C1A4A4, will be collected by company, Mad Wok Inc.
Your payment made to Mad Wok University location, 465 University Avenue, Charlottetown, PE, C1B0L9, will be collected by company, San He Inc.
Both locations receive Cash, Interac, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay and Discover in Canadian currency.
Limitation of Liability
Mad Wok Inc. and San He Inc. will not be liable for any damages or injuries caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. Under no circumstances shall Mad Wok Inc. and San He Inc. be liable for any damages resulting from the use of this Site or the Materials (as defined below), including without limitation, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, damages or expenses or lost profits or savings even if Mad Wok Inc. and San He Inc. has been advised of their possible existence, or even if Mad Wok Inc. and San He Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. If you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy please call our restaurant. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.
Food Order Errors*
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order you may come to pick up the correct food item. For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price. For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit. Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s) to our cashier.
Food Order Incomplete*
In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit.
Food Dissatisfaction*
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s) and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.
